How do I cancel a booking?

Open your booking confirmation email or your account page and tap "Cancel booking". Cancellation policies vary by course.

My alert never fired

Check the alert window, day range, and that notifications are enabled on your device. Alerts only fire for currently affiliated courses.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
